Blackburn with Darwen Council were so impressed with the new brand we’d developed for their adoption services – they asked us to design and build a fully responsive website with a full CMS system in place from day one. Our brief was to also make sure the website was inclusive to all to dispel the myths that only young married couples could adopt.

The website launched in January 2014 and received over 4,000 unique visitors in the first 6 weeks. The results were just as impressive with the campaign and website inspiring enquiries to rise from just 5 to 34 over the same period.

Following on from the success of the Lets Adopt brand we created a similar site this time for the fostering arm of Blackburn with Darwen council. Not only does the website integrate an Umbraco Content Management System to provide a flexible and highly responsive structure, the bright and positive design stands out in this highly competitive sector.

With both websites created for Blackburn with Darwen we’ve given them a real stand out brand in a highly competitive sector.
